Hi! I’m Leah Rade and I humbly serve as the Executive Director of Ignite C3 Ministries, Inc. We are completing our 6^th year of ministry and it has been an amazing journey!   I launched this ministry after serving a local church for 12-1/2 years as Community Care Pastor and recognized that people need support during times of transition, growth and change. But, support and solutions are often times hard to find. We believe that finding support and connection should be easy. I am a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach and became a Certified Professional Life Coach through Professional Christian Coach Institute, which was a wonderful two-year journey. I am a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator and Trainer and Certified SYMBIS Facilitator. I specialize in relationship coaching, marriage and premarital coaching/counseling and grief coaching. Recognizing the current mental health crisis, I am currently pursuing certification as a Professional Mental Health Coach and First Responder.
